LuxCityhome 300m metro with glass balcony

Positive: Μικρό αλλά πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, κοντά σε εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ. Βολική συγκοινωνία με μετρό και τραμ. Εύκολο αυτοποιημενο check in και καλή επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια.

Positive: Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Zadbane mieszkanie. Właściciel zapewnia kosmetyki, ręczniki, tabletki do zmywarki, płyn do naczyń itd. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko przystanków komunikacji miejskiej Dwa duże sklepy spożywcze, niedaleko duże centrum handlowe. Sporo restauracji i pubów. Negative: Brak czajnika na wodę.

Ein tolles Appartement für einen Aufenthalt in Helsinki, wenn das Wetter nicht zu heiß ist. Positive: Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet (inkl. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine) und hatte einen schönen verglasten Balkon. Die Lage ist gut und alle Orte in Helsinki sind von dort gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Türöffnung erfolgt via Türcode und App. Hatte ich noch nie, klappt aber sehr gut. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Negative: Es waren in Helsinki während unseres Aufenthaltes 25 Grad. Deshalb war das Appartement ebenfalls sehr warm. Leider kann man die Fenster nicht komplett öffnen. Auch der Balkon ist fast voll verglast und tagsüber sehr heiß. Im Schlafzimmer ließ sich nur ein sehr schmales Fenster öffnen. Zum Durchlüften reichte das leider nicht aus. So war es auch Nachts im Appartement und besonders im Schlafzimmer extrem warm. Es gab zwar einen Ventilator, doch auch der half nur mäßig. Hier wäre einen mobile Klimaanlage toll gewesen.

Positive: The city is amazing, the apartment building is wonderful and cozy, The flat is very nice, clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the glass balcony :))) Negative: Everything was great, we would have enjoyed the electric kettle, but it was ok without it.

Nota 10/10 Positive: Gostei de tudo. A anfitriã foi super gentil e educada, deixou fazer check in um pouco antes o que me ajudou muito. Apartamento confortável, com uma tv gigante. Voltaria sem dúvidas 😊 Negative: Gostei de tudo, porém não tem ar condicionado o que não foi um problema pra mim, pois tinha um ventilador e foi o suficiente.
